Ann has always been drawn to the healing power of touch and the restorative benefits of massage therapy. With a compassionate and intuitive approach, she creates a safe space for clients to relax, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies. Her practice focuses on reducing stress, easing muscular discomfort, and supporting overall well-being. Ann believes massage is more than a treatment—it’s a way to nurture balance in body, mind, and spirit. Whether someone is seeking deep relaxation, pain relief, or renewed energy, Ann’s goal is to meet each client where they are and help them leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and cared for.

Beth

Beth discovered the art of “being present” while attending yoga classes more than 15 years ago. She fell in love with the journey of connecting mind, body and spirit through postures and breathwork, giving her a beautiful avenue to quiet her mind and find balance both on and off the mat. Beth’s goal for her students is making peace with physical abilities and limitations and appreciating imperfection while gaining mobility, flexibility and clarity of mind.
