The Willow was founded by Ann and Beth, two friends who discovered a shared vision: creating a place where people can step away from the noise of daily life and find renewal through gentle, faith-centered practices. With training in YogaFaith, our approach integrates scripture, prayer, worship music, and stillness into classes that nurture the whole person. Whether you are new to wellness practices or continuing your journey, we are committed to walking alongside you with compassionate care, personalized attention, and services that support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

FAQs
Do I need to drink water before my massage?
Yes, be hydrated before and after your massage.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows you to move freely. Loose fitting and breathable. T-shirts, tank tops, leggings, shorts are all good choices.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
If you have one, great! If not, borrow one from us.
Can I or should I eat before yoga class?
If possible, eat your meals after yoga or 2 hours before class.
